Who we are

Puntaa Pty Ltd holds Northern Territory sports bookmaker licence NT-RWC-SB-2017-0412. That licence lets us take wagers from people anywhere in Australia, and it makes us answerable to the Northern Territory Racing Commission for how we do it. Our head of trading, our compliance lead and our support team are all based in Australia.

What we set out to build

The wagering market here is not short of operators. What it is short of is operators who will tell you their margin, pay a withdrawal the day they approve it, and resist the temptation to email a customer the moment they stop betting. Those three things sound modest. They are also the three things most often quietly not done.

So PiklBet is built around them. Our overround is published by market type. Approved withdrawals are processed the same business day. And our marketing list has one rule: nothing goes to a customer who has reduced a limit, taken a break or closed an account, ever, for any reason.

How we make money

The margin built into our prices, and nothing else. We do not sell customer data, we do not take a commission on losses from a third party, and we do not run a casino, a lottery or any product where the house edge is fixed and invisible. If you win over the long run, we lose, and we will still pay you and we will not close your account for it.

Our obligations

Sports integrity

We hold information-sharing arrangements with the Australian sporting bodies whose competitions we price, and we report suspicious betting activity to them and to our regulator. We do not offer markets on outcomes that a single participant could determine on their own, and we do not price junior or amateur sport at all.
