What we report

We monitor betting on every market we run for patterns consistent with manipulation, unusual volume on an obscure market, coordinated stakes across accounts, or money arriving on an outcome the form does not support. Where a pattern meets our threshold we report it, on the day, to the relevant sport controlling body, to the Northern Territory Racing Commission, and where appropriate to Sport Integrity Australia or police.

Markets we will not offer

• Any market on an outcome a single participant could determine alone without affecting the result: a specific no-ball, say, or the first throw-in.
• Junior sport, and any competition where participants are predominantly under 18.
• Amateur competitions without an integrity framework capable of investigating a referral.
• Markets on disciplinary outcomes, stewards’ inquiries or judicial decisions.
• Any event a controlling body has asked operators not to price.

Prohibited bettors

Players, coaches, officials, club staff, agents and anybody else accredited to a competition may not bet on that competition. This is a rule of the sports themselves as well as a term of your account with us. Where we identify such a bet we void it, return the stake, close the account and refer the matter on.

Inside information

Betting on information that is not public and that you obtained through a position of trust is a criminal offence in most Australian jurisdictions, not merely a breach of our terms. Winnings from such a bet are forfeited, the account is closed, and the matter is referred to law enforcement.

Information sharing

We share account and betting data with sport controlling bodies and integrity units where an investigation requires it, as our privacy policy sets out. We cannot decline a lawful request from a regulator or from law enforcement, and we will not tell a customer they are the subject of an integrity referral where doing so would prejudice an investigation.

If you have seen something that does not look right, in a market, in a match, or in an approach made to you, contact us marked for the Compliance Manager. You can also contact Sport Integrity Australia directly. Reports can be made anonymously, and we will not disclose your identity to a sport or a club without your consent unless we are legally required to.
