The short version

We do not advertise inducements. No sign-up bonus, no deposit match, no bonus bets, no refer-a-friend credit, no free bet for downloading anything. Not on this website, not by email, not by text message, and not by anyone paid to talk about us.

Why not

Advertising an inducement to open a betting account, to refer another person, or to keep betting is prohibited for wagering operators in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania and the Australian Capital Territory. The Northern Territory Code of Practice for Responsible Online Gambling, which binds us as an NT-licensed operator, imposes its own restrictions on the same conduct.

Rather than run different messages into different states and hope the geo-targeting holds, we took the simpler route: no inducement advertising anywhere, to anyone. It is easier to comply with and it removes any question about what a new customer was promised.

What this means in practice

• The price you see is the price. It is not inflated to offset a bonus you have to clear.
• You will never receive a message from us timed to a losing run, an inactive period, or a lowered deposit limit.
• We do not run loyalty tiers that require a minimum turnover to hold.
• If a market is genuinely priced better than the rest of the market, that is a trading decision, not a promotion.

Promotional terms

Where a permitted promotion does run, for example a change to market availability, or a product feature made available to existing account holders in a state where that is lawful. The full terms are published on our promotional terms page before it starts, and the terms do not change once it has. Nothing is ever offered to a customer who has an active deposit limit reduction, a take-a-break period, or a BetStop registration.

Advertising and where you see us

We do not advertise during live sport broadcasts in the periods restricted by the Broadcasting Services Act, we do not place advertising in media directed at people under 18, and we do not use sporting identities, cartoons or anything else likely to appeal primarily to children. Every advertisement we do run carries a responsible gambling message and the 18+ mark.
