What is prohibited

Advertising an inducement to open an account, to refer another person, or to continue betting is prohibited for wagering operators across most Australian states and territories, and is restricted under the Northern Territory Code of Practice for Responsible Online Gambling which binds us. We do not run such offers and we do not permit anybody to advertise one on our behalf.

If a permitted promotion runs

• Full terms are published here before it opens, and do not change once it has.
• Eligibility, the period, any limit and the settlement rule are stated in plain language.
• It will not be advertised to anybody who is not already an account holder.
• It will never be offered to a customer with an active take-a-break period, a reduced deposit limit, a closed account or a BetStop registration.
• No promotion will ever require a minimum turnover, a deposit, or continued betting to retain a benefit already credited.

Affiliates and third parties

We do not authorise any affiliate, tipster, social account or media partner to advertise an inducement in our name. If you encounter a site offering a PiklBet bonus code, a free bet or a sign-up offer, it is not ours. Report it to support and we will act on it.

Withdrawal of a promotion

We may end a promotion early where it has been abused, where a pricing or technical error has occurred, or where a regulator directs us to. Ending a promotion does not affect a benefit already validly credited to your account, which remains yours.

Disputes

Disputes about a promotion follow the ordinary complaints process and can be escalated to the Northern Territory Racing Commission if our answer does not resolve the matter.
