Commitments

1. Every customer sets a deposit limit before their first bet. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are held for a seven-day cooling-off period.

• No use of current sporting identities in a way that promotes betting.
• Every advertisement carries a responsible gambling message and the 18+ mark.

This policy is reviewed annually, and after any material change to the Northern Territory code or the National Consumer Protection Framework. The date of the last review is shown at the top of this page.
